June is here!

Can't believe it is already June! Florida has definitely not let us down with warming things up already nor has it forgotten that afternoon showers are norm. Not to complain since we love living in Florida for many reasons. We can say that the heat has definitely helped bring Rory in to the house quicker than normal :) The dogs still aren't jumping in the pool though, however, we have definitely started to take more advantage of swimming...we may beat our record for our pool use last year. It has been especially good for exercising with an ever so growing belly.

We have completed more work in the family room as our new wall unit finally arrived today. It had been on back order for about 1 and a half months and finally came in on Friday. We had bought a new TV and needed something to put it in (plus we weren't huge fans of our old one) and we think that it really completes the room! It took almost all day to get everything up and running again but now that it is complete it feels so good to have it done. See picture below.

This weekend Ben also finished his hard work painting the nursery base color for the walls and the baseboards. It looks great!! With the walls painted that meant that we were also able to put the crib together. The room is definitely coming together now. We have the location of the crib decided between two places, you can see those below.

The bedding for the crib was also placed on order Saturday, unfortunately everything we ordered is on backorder until around July 10th so we won't have the bedding for about a month. We are looking forward to that shipment coming.

So that is our progress so far. We will have to update soon with new belly pictures. There has definitely been some huge changes there.

In other news last weekend, we had a wonderful weekend with Matt and Tricia. We enjoyed getting to see them again and eating lots of yummy food! Thanks for a great weekend guys.
