Visit online Order Status to view the most up-to-date status and make changes to your order. To learn more about shipping, changing your order, or returns, please visit online Help. You can also call Apple Support at 800-692-7753 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific time. How do refunds to Apple Gift Card and Apple Account balance work? If you paid for any portion of an item with your Apple Account balance, and are owed a refund for returning or cancelling it, we will issue that portion of refund back to your Apple Account balance. Similarly, if you paid for your new item with Apple Account balance and we owe you a trade-in refund, we'll credit it to your Apple Account balance. In either case, we'll issue this refund amount to you on an Apple Gift Card by email if your Apple Account balance is at or near the maximum limit. How long do I have to send in my trade-in device if I am sending it back by mail? Once you receive the trade-in kit, you have 14 days to prepare and send in your device. If you added a trade-in to an iPhone order, you may receive the kit along with your new device.
